Jock Itch Treatment

Skipping the gym won’t keep you from getting jock itch. Jock itch is the term for any rash that occurs in the groin area. While the term “jock itch” may make you think it only affects athletes, the truth is that it can happen to anyone.

Jock itch doesn’t just affect jocks. A common, itchy rash, jock itch is an infection that is caused by a fungus. Typically harmless, these microscopic fungi can multiply quickly in warm, moist areas, causing infections.
